FANTASTIC REDUCTION ...............This boat is now avaialble at an incredible price, looking for that classic looking launch ? look no further , this could be yours for a Christams present or a great boat going into the new season....

Boats like this don't come up for sale very often - and when they do, those in the know will soon snap them up.

Here we have "Silver Shilling" - an elegant and beautifully crafted open launch. She was manufactured in the Lake District by renowned local boatbuilder and master boatbuilders at Patterson Boatworks, in 2009.

Hamish Patterson, is regarded by many as being unrivalled not just with his skills but also his passion for his craft. Designing and constructing classic launches is at the heart of Hamish and his team at Patterson Boatworks and they utilise the very best of modern technology alongside traditional timbers and materials.

When most people think about leisurely cruising on Britain's lakes and rivers, this is exactly the kind of craft which would create the romance in that imagery.

With plenty of seating for around 10 passengers and amply powered by a 25hp diesel engine, this is the perfect way of enjoying a gentle cruise in ultimate comfort with friends and family without breaking the bank.

Her current owner has lavished her recently with a full re-varnish and has had her antifouled along with carrying out an engine service last year. One of the many advantages of boats built using these traditional methods is that there are big savings on weight compared to boats moulded from fibreglass - and therefore they are easier to move (on and off the water) and are incredibly efficient.

She comes equipped with a storage cover and as well as a full canopy and twin axle RM road trailer.

She is currently safely tucked away in storage but viewings can be arranged as required.
