A sought after 5 berth cruiser which is currently berthed at Windermere Marina Village. Low hours and well cared for. New canvases in the last 2 years, overall (subject to survey) a very nice package ready to enjoy this summer on Windermere.
 
Stepping aboard via the ample swim platform the very smartly presented recently replaced grey canvases welcome you through into the very well proportioned cockpit.
 
To starboard behind the helm you'll find a 2 seater sofa, BBQ and sink, fridge and storage. The helm station has room for nav gear to be added and has a nicely laid out instrument panel. The fly by wire controls lend theselves to easy handling, aided by the bow thruster.
 
To port opposite the helm you'll find a chaise longue style seating space which blends into further seating which wraps around the extendable dining table. The seating all hides lots of storage lockers - barely an inch of space is wasted.
 
Moving down the steps into the saloon to port you have another ample dining table and seating area which faces a flat screen TV mounted to the wall panel. Above and below the TV are a pair of neat glasses or general storage cupbaords. 
 
Opposite the saloon seating you have the well laid out galley to starboard. This is well equipped with barely-used oven and twin hob, sink, good sized fridge, and again lots of storage. There are two additional storage lockers hidden within the top two step recesses.
 
Further forward to starboard is the heads compartment. This is a minimalistically styled space with a shower cubicle enclosed with a handy full height door.
 
The master cabin is a good size with plenty of storage and a Jack n Jill door to the heads compartment. The aft cabin provides twin bunks which will convert to a double by use of an insert, and there's a separate sofa which can be used as an occasional 3rd bunk.
 
The boat is currently moored on site at Windermere Marina Village and the berth "may" be available to the buyer.
