The lounging areas are located both at the bow with a large and comfortable sunbathing area for three people, and at the stern with two settees and a foldable table allowing the space for six.  The interior can be configurated with two different layouts: standard layout includes one cabin with a double bed and a separate shower/head area. As another option, the Pardo 38 offers a second cabin with two single beds.

One of the characteristics of Pardo 38 is the flexibility in engine choice choosing between inboard and outboard engines up to a maximum power of 900 hp.  Two Mercury outboards of 300 or 350 hp or with triple Mercury 300 hp engines. Characteristic of all types of engines, is the possibility of installing the joystick that allows you to control the boat at best.
